I'm an interdisciplinary designer working as a customer strategy & service design specialist at F5 and volunteering as a UX designer at Accessible Community.

Previously, I’ve worked as a motion designer, brand storyteller, and digital marketer.

I'm based (loosely) out of Brooklyn, NY.

After studying business, political economy, and integrated design at NYU, I joined a customer-obsessed team, collaborating across marketing, product, and sales to design customer nurture and advocacy programs.


The core of my work lies in understanding our customers, their experiences, and what we can do to make it better.

Over the course of my time delving into customer insights and case studies, I found myself wanting to play a larger role in applying feedback to the product and service itself.


More broadly, I wanted to better understand how technology can best serve its users and their greater communities.

As I transition to a design career, my perspective is centered on understanding both the local and the universal.


Whether the final output is an incentive program or a digital interface, my goal is to figure out the “why” and design the simplest “how” for it.

Outside of work, I like to go hiking and play ultimate frisbee. I’m also certain nothing beats fall in New England :)
